Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What should I wear?
A: Wear something comfortable that stretches. Wear a shirt that
either fits you tightly or is long enough to tuck-in so that it won't go
over your head while inverting. Please avoid wearing strong
perfumes or lotions that may bother other students.
Q: What should I bring?
A: If you have a yoga mat, strap, block, and/or blanket that you
like, please feel free to bring it. We do have mats & props at the
studio available for students to use.
A: Yes...Men practice yoga too!
Q: Should I eat before
class?
A: Try to avoid eating for about 2 hours before yoga class.
If you have to eat try to keep your meal light. A full belly can
make you uncomfortable in some yoga poses.
Q: Do you offer private
lessons?
A: Yes, we are available for private individual and group classes
at your location or ours.
